About the Role:

The Commercial (HVAC) Installation Helper plays a crucial supporting role in the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems within commercial projects. This position involves assisting skilled HVAC technicians by preparing job sites, handling materials, and ensuring tools and equipment are ready and maintained for efficient workflow. The helper contributes to the timely and safe completion of HVAC installations by following detailed instructions and adhering to safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina and attention to detail to support complex mechanical systems that ensure indoor environmental comfort. Ultimately, the position is vital in facilitating smooth project execution and delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to commercial clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Current TDLR preferred
  • EPA required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction or HVAC-related work.
  • Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and blueprints.
  • OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour safety certification.
