Description
A well-established plumbing and HVAC supply distributor is hiring a full-time Inventory Operator. This is a direct-hire opportunity placed by Hire Right Recruiting.

This role goes beyond stocking shelves. You will manage inventory at a customer's facility, keep technicians stocked and operational, and solve problems before they become disruptions. The right person takes ownership, notices details others miss, and is comfortable working independently without waiting to be told what needs attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels at assigned locations
  • Replenish and organize plumbing, HVAC, and related materials
  • Monitor usage trends and identify shortages before they become problems
  • Maintain strong service levels and inventory accuracy
  • Work professionally with on-site technicians and keep them stocked and operational
  • Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, purchasing, and sales teams
  • Keep work areas clean, safe, and professionally organized
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency
