We are currently seeking a Pediatric Dentist for 1 day per week who is looking for a positive, supportive, and highly rewarding environment to grow and thrive.

Our culture is what truly sets us apart. We’ve built a drama-free atmosphere where doctors feel supported, valued, and empowered to succeed. We are looking for a compassionate Pediatric Dentist who loves working with children and wants to be part of a long-term dental family that genuinely cares about its team, patients, and community.

Unlike many corporate organizations, each office is doctor-led with full clinical autonomy and a strong support system behind you. You’ll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team that values mentorship, work-life balance, and excellence in patient care.

Beyond dentistry, we believe in giving back. Our doctors and team members participate in community outreach, charity cases, and volunteer opportunities with children’s organizations, helping us stay grounded in the mission behind what we do.

We also love celebrating together with company outings and events that help build real relationships between our doctors, owners, and staff.


Compensation

  • $1,400 daily guarantee or 35% of adjusted production
