The Role  

The Delivery Driver is to provide prompt and courteous pickup and delivery service while maintaining excellent customer service.   

What you will be doing

  • Ensure prompt and courteous service on pickups and deliveries   
  • Inspect and load product; assisting with minor hook-ups if required   
  • Report damages, errors or actions requiring follow up attention 
  • Ensure all safety processes and procedures are adhered to   

To be successful in this role you must

  • Clear a security check 
  • Clear a physical fitness assessment
  • Provide a valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable drivers abstract (our insurance says you have to)
  • Meet the eligibility requirements of our insurance policy
  • Have the ability to safely maneuver merchandise more than 100lbs (our products are heavy)
  • Have a professional appearance 
  • Enjoy working within a diverse team 
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts with tact, courtesy, and respect.
