We are bringing the heart and soul of the South to North Canton! Serving up favorites like Po' Boys, Gumbo, Shrimp & Grits, and Fried Green Tomatoes, we believe great food tastes even better when paired with genuine Southern hospitality—even on the go. Our drive-thru window isn't just about speed; it's about sharing a warm smile and a friendly greeting with every guest who pulls up.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced, friendly team player to run our drive-thru window. Because this is a key position, experience with the Toast POS system is highly preferred to help keep our orders moving smoothly and accurately. If you love people, bring a positive attitude to a headset, and naturally look for ways to help your team during a rush, you will fit right in.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, friendly experience over the headset and at the window, welcoming every guest with genuine hospitality.
  • Efficiently take drive-thru orders and process cash/card payments using our Toast POS system.
  • Double-check and package orders carefully so our Southern comfort food goes out hot, neat, and 100% correct.
  • Keep the drive-thru station clean, organized, and fully stocked with bags, condiments, and napkins.
  • Support your front-of-house team members whenever there is a lull at the window.

Requirements:

  • A naturally warm, positive, and patient personality.
  • Prior restaurant or drive-thru experience using Toast POS.
  • A team-first mindset—willing to jump in and help out wherever needed.
  • Strong multitasking skills and clear communication over a headset.
  • Reliable and available to work shifts within our operating hours:
    • Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
    • Sun: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
