Qualification:

  • Proven experience in home care, senior care, or related healthcare field
  • Ability to commit to live-in schedule (multi-day shifts as assigned)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Physically able to assist with transfers, mobility, and daily living tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning

  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide medication reminders (per care plan and state guidelines)
  • Monitor client condition and report changes promptly
  • Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required
