What You'll Do

As our Healthcare Scheduler, you'll play a critical role in our daily operations by:

  • Coordinating caregiver schedules to ensure every client receives uninterrupted care.
  • Matching caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, location, and care needs.
  • Managing call-offs, last-minute schedule changes, and emergency staffing.
  • Communicating professionally with caregivers, clients, and family members regarding scheduling updates.
  • Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all shifts are filled and visits are completed.
  • Maintaining accurate scheduling records, documentation, and timekeeping.
  • Working closely with office staff to resolve scheduling challenges and improve staffing efficiency.
  • Building positive relationships with caregivers while supporting client satisfaction.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation as needed.
What We're Looking For

Healthcare experience is required. Candidates without prior healthcare scheduling experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least with scheduling experience in home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, or another healthcare setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
  • The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative office environment.
