Job description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Tyonek is seeking applications for IO Instructors to perform duties in support of the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course. DUTIES Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Execute the Air Force's 14F Career Field Formal Training Course.
Contractor shall have experience in military planning and assessment at various levels (Tactical, Operational, and Strategic)
Contractor must have experience regarding staffing deception activities and/or PSYOP plans
Contractor shall have a general understanding of signature management along with common practices utilized by the Air Component
Contractor shall plan, research, and analyze the System Training Plans (STP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), Master Training Task List (MTTL), Task Analysis Worksheets (TAW), Training Task List (TTL), and provide a report IAW 39 IOS approved direction/guidance and timeline milestones.
Contractor shall plan, design, develop, integrate, modify, update, and instruct advanced IO instructional materials IAW 39 IOS SOPs/Operating Instructions (OI) for in-residence courseware, MTT, non-resident, on-line, Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) courseware.
Contractor shall utilize the ISD, ADDIE Model, and Bloom's taxonomy level of learning for all course development.
Contractor shall develop advanced psychomotor/hands-on evaluation/testing methods and scenarios in support of IO courses.
Contractor shall develop student training missions, mission scenarios, and mission evaluation tests or demonstrations in support of IO courses.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A minimum of an Bachelor's degree in a related area is required
A minimum of 10 years' experience in the field of Information Operations
200+ Instructor podium hours or CCAF ISD Certification
Top Secret Clearance/SCI required
