Weyerhaeuser Distribution is a global leader in delivering high-quality building products for residential, light commercial, and home improvement projects. We're excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Gallatin Distribution Center, and we're looking for motivated individuals to help us build something great from the ground up.
We currently have an immediate opening for a Forklift and Building Materials Operator - a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, being part of a team, and making a real impact every day.

    What You'll Do
  • Operate propane/gas forklifts to move building materials safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload trailers and rail cars
  • Perform manual labor (55-65% of your day) in an outdoor environment
  • Accurately count, record, and document shipping/receiving activities
  • Develop in depth knowledge of building material products and warehouse operations
  • Uphold safety standards and speak up when something doesn't look right
  • Use basic math skills and computer systems to support daily operations

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn .
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and move up to 100lbs
  • Forklift Operator experience
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions five days a week and occasional Saturdays
  • Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
  • Commitment to wearing required safety gear and following safety protocols
