Familiarity with TMS equipment, patient monitoring systems, and safety protocols is essential, as well as certification from bodies like the Clinical TMS Society. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to reassure and communicate clearly with patients set outstanding TMS Techs apart. These skills ensure effective treatment delivery, patient comfort, and safety in a specialized clinical environment.

What is a TMS Tech?

A TMS Tech, or Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Technician, is a healthcare professional who operates TMS equipment to deliver non-invasive brain stimulation treatments, often for conditions like depression.
