Job description

Dev: .NET

This person will be responsible for building and maintaining software features and functionality for an internal.NET application supporting 5k users. The candidate can expect to do full stack development in an Agile environment, daily stand-ups and responsibility for front-to-end application feature development. Including feature design, development activities, unit testing, etc. along with team leads and peers.

Required Skills:

  • Strong and current development experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework, Entity Framework
  • Web-Related Technologies: HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Knockout, JSON, Bootstrap, REST API, Web Services
  • Database, Server & Applications: SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, SSRS, SSIS, Git, JIRA
  • Experience with Databases (Relational and NoSQL), RESTful web services, AWS (or other cloud stack), Micro services, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Ability to take ownership and make technical decisions on software development projects
  • Relevant Experience with CI/CD concepts, tools and implementation
  • Strong understanding of application architecture including load balancing, ports, security, LDAP, IIS, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and ability to write and evaluate T-SQL and/or PLSQL.
  • Ability to analyze and understand existing enterprise applications and databases
