Er zijn bedrijven waar je als consultant in een strak afgelijnd projectplan wandelt, met alles netjes voorbereid, opgepoetst en gelabeld. Go4Logistics is niet zo’n bedrijf. Gelukkig maar. Hier duik je in de complexiteit van de transport- en logistieke sector; in systemen die gebouwd zijn op Business Central, maar waar nog ruimte is voor verbetering en structuur – en jawel, ook wat cowboycode uit het verleden. Maar jij vindt dat net boeiend.

Je stapt in waar het nodig is.

Je begeleidt klanten in de implementatie van onze TMS-oplossing. Soms vanaf het allereerste contact, met een demo en analyse, tot de uiteindelijke go-live. Soms neem je het over middenin het proces, wanneer een klant nieuwe noden heeft of gewoon even vastzit. Je maakt functionele analyses, volgt development op, geeft trainingen, en – als het project wat kleiner is – doe je er ook een vleugje projectmanagement bij. Geen zorgen: je staat er nooit alleen voor. Onze consultants zijn een hecht team, en we kijken over elkaars schouder mee. Niet om te controleren, maar om te ondersteunen.

Structuur helpt. Flexibiliteit wint.

De transportwereld is niet de meest gestructureerde sector, en dat zie je ook bij onze klanten. Jij beweegt je moeiteloos tussen een planner die kort op de bal speelt, een finance officer die graag nog even alles dubbelcheckt of een klant die nog net niet met post-its zijn processen runt. Je voelt snel aan wat iemand nodig heeft, en weet: structuur is mooi meegenomen, maar flexibiliteit is vaak goud waard. Zeker in een sector die nooit stilstaat.

Je begrijpt het systeem, ook als je geen code schrijft.

Technische feeling is cruciaal. Als je begrijpt hoe een ERP-systeem ‘denkt’ en al ervaring hebt met Business Central, heb je een stevige voorsprong. Je hoeft geen developer te zijn, maar als je code tegenkomt, loop je niet gillend weg. Integendeel: je wilt begrijpen wat er gebeurt, ook al schrijf je de code niet zelf. Logistieke kennis is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must; dat kun je bij ons leren. Snel je weg vinden in complexe systemen, dát is de prioriteit.

Nog niet perfect. Wel ambitieus.

Je komt terecht in een team dat volop in beweging is. Nieuwe mensen, frisse energie en een duidelijke ambitie om verder te professionaliseren. Niet alles is perfect. Maar als jij dat juist leuk vindt – meebouwen, dingen verbeteren, je stempel drukken – dan zit je hier goed. We mikken niet op de kleine transporteurs met one-size-fits-all software. We maken het verschil bij grotere bedrijven, waar maatwerk en analyse cruciaal zijn. Dat is de plek waar jij als consultant écht waarde toevoegt.
