Job description

LifeStance is a multidisciplinary group composed of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and neuropsychologists. Our mission is to increase access to quality mental health care services while serving the communities in which we live and work. We value a passion for providing excellent healthcare in a collegial and supportive setting.

We are pleased to announce that LifeStance Health will be adding TMS to one of our New Jersey locations in the coming months.

Key to our success will be a psychiatrist with a strong interest in TMS, a commitment to teamwork, and a focus on patient outcomes, quality care and program growth.

Our ideal candidate would:
· Participate in training to develop TMS skills, if not already experienced.
· Commit to at least two in-person clinic days per week for mapping and remapping visits. Our TMS offices are in the Metrowest area and in Weymouth.
· Conduct initial patient assessments (in person or via telehealth), confirm diagnoses, and document medical necessity using an AMD template and supporting forms.
· Closely oversee the TMS technician, co-sign daily treatment notes, and be readily available for clinical questions.
· Monitor patient progress, adjust protocols as needed, and provide discharge summaries to the primary/referring psychiatric clinician. And,
· Represent the TMS program to internal and external clinicians, to educate, and coordinate care.
Experience with TMS is valued but not required.

We are happy to consider strong BC/BE psychiatrist candidates looking for a mix of TMS and outpatient psychiatric clinic work OR a part time psychiatrist who would like to provide primarily TMS services.

Our prescribers value autonomy, flexibility, community, and a shared sense of purpose. They enjoy well-appointed offices, dedicated support staff (including a top-notch Medical Services team that manages prior authorization paperwork and streamlines refill requests and patient messages), and a culture that focuses on team building and inclusivity.

Full time positions at LifeStance Health offer a full suite of benefits, including health/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, continuing education, and more. Our competitive compensation package allows for unlimited earning potential or a work-life balance that suits your needs. We also offer a sign on bonus for those interested in a full time position.

If you are interested in this opportunity to grow professionally and improve care for patients, please reach out to connect! We’d love to tell you more about who we are and what we do.
