Job Overview
Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They live and breathe T-Mobile! They're brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They're experts in uncovering our customers' needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions. Mobile Experts Do It the Right Way, meeting performance targets including sales, customer experience, and quality of sale metrics.
Job Responsibilities:

• Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
• Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources
• Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology
• Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Education and Work Experience:

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Less than 2 years 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred)
• Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)

Annualized Incentive Target: $18,000
Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile, are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
