Job Title: ER Registered Nurse
Profession: Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
Experience: 1.5 years required
License: RN license (Arizona/Compact)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
Must-Have:
- Previous Charge experience preferred
- Travel experience required
- Experience with Epic charting system required
Description:
TMC orientation is held twice a month.
Position in the Emergency Room with a patient ratio of 1:4.
Shift schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience.
First-timers are not accepted due to the smaller unit and the need for experienced travelers.
Every other weekend work is required.
We treat and transport patients to a larger facility, as we do not manage stroke or STEMI cases.
All age patients and a wide range of diagnoses are included in care.
Admits are either in-house or transferred depending on specialty needed for admission.
Scrubs must be Caribbean blue.
Unit details include support from various interdisciplinary teams.
The daily census is around 48 patients.
Special procedures such as conscious sedation require two providers present, along with an RN and RT.
No trauma level care is provided.
Non-locals (within 75 miles) are not accepted.
RTO restrictions are preferred to be 7 days or less.
Blocked scheduling is not accommodated.
Work history that includes any prior employment at this facility requires rehire status approval.
