Effective prioritization involves closely monitoring medication administration schedules, responding promptly to urgent patient needs, and staying organized with clear documentation. Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare team members is crucial to ensure nothing is overlooked. Regular communication and using checklists or digital tools can also help TMAs manage workload efficiently and provide safe, attentive care.
