Proficiency with TM1 Architect, TM1 Perspectives, TurboIntegrator, and scripting languages like SQL or Python is commonly required, and certifications in IBM Planning Analytics are highly valued. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication are important soft skills for translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with stakeholders.
