    Job Summary

    We are building a nationwide network of part-time Growth Partners who help connect local restaurants and small businesses with TLC’s loyalty and rewards programs. This flexible role is ideal for individuals with 2–3 years of sales experience who are looking to earn additional income while supporting businesses in their community.

    Growth Partners should be comfortable working U.S. business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) and will be compensated through a stipend plus commission structure, offering strong earning potential based on performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Reaching out to local restaurants and small businesses (by phone and email)

  • Introducing them to TLC’s programs and benefits

  • Building relationships and driving new partnerships

Who we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years of sales or business development experience

  • Availability to work part-time as a freelancer

  • Availability to work U.S. hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
