The Impact You Will Make

As the Director of Transportation Brokerage, you will be the pivotal driving force behind our brokerage operations. You won't just manage the day-to-day; you will build the strategy, grow the business, and shape the future of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue & Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our brokerage business and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build Powerful Partnerships: Forge trust and collaboration through strong relationships with top-tier customers and carriers.
  • Lead & Empower: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of brokerage professionals, overseeing daily freight booking and dispatching.
  • Optimize Operations: Leverage data analytics, market trends, and technology to negotiate favorable rates, optimize pricing, and ensure profitability.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: 5+ years of proven success and leadership in transportation brokerage.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent leadership and experience.
  • Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of market dynamics, freight regulations, and best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
  • Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of motivating teams and influencing others.
