Job description

Role Overview
TITLES is looking for a Marketing Lead / Head of Marketing to define how the company is seen, felt, and experienced in the world. This role sits at the intersection of product, brand, and community, with a strong focus on storytelling that resonates deeply with artists and creatives while remaining grounded in scalable strategy and systems.
You will work closely with the CEO to shape and communicate the narrative of TITLES-how the platform enables artists to train, distribute, and monetize their own AI models, and how a new creative class is emerging as a result. This role is responsible for bringing clarity, voice, and creative magic to every feature, model, and story across the TITLES ecosystem.
Responsibilities
  • Own positioning and messaging for the TITLES platform, tools, and artist models across all touchpoints (website, product, press, community) under a cohesive narrative.
    • Define who TITLES is for, why now, and the cultural shift it represents.
  • Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new features, artist models, collaborations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Explore, test, and scale new distribution channels to reach and retain creative communities.
  • Set creative briefs for campaigns and ensure execution aligns with TITLES' high aesthetic and brand standards.
  • Establish shared rituals and workflows across product, engineering, community, and partnerships to align around user needs and market opportunities.
  • Recruit, manage, and grow a brand and product marketing team as the company scales.

Profile & Skills
  • Deep understanding of building products for artists, creatives, and creative communities.
  • Proven track record identifying and cultivating cultural moments, partnerships, or narratives that elevate internet-native brands.
  • Strong ability to understand user sentiment using both qualitative insight and data-driven analysis.
  • Hands-on mindset with a willingness to execute strategies with high quality and attention to detail.
  • High level of empathy, strong customer-centric thinking, and the ability to anticipate user and market needs.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with equity.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible time off.
  • Equipment and tools needed to succeed.
