CORE is currently seeking a hardworking and experienced Title Processor. This position is in our expanding Core Shore Division, primarily Atlantic and Cape May Counties and is an in-office position in our Northfield Office.

Review Title Commitment/Binders for accuracy
Verify Transfer and Recordation tax information
Verify accuracy of provided documentation
Prepare Preliminary and Final Closing Disclosures or HUD-1s and ALTA Settlement Statements
Coordinate with Agents, Buyers, Sellers and Lender to schedule Closing
Prepare closing documents for settlement
Balance files for closing
