Job description

Due to our continued growth, All Roads Company (Norris Ford/Honda) in Dundalk, MD is searching for an experienced, detail oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate titling and registration of customer vehicles.  This is a full time, benefits eligible position.

Responsibilities:
  • Processes all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled including coordinating with outside title agency where necessary.
  • Ensure work is done correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Maintains up to date reports and schedules in CDK for review each week.
  • Manages inventory supply of tags and forms required by the MVA in stock.
  • Coordinates with managers where necessary to ensure completion of duties.
  • Stays up to date on current developments in title regulations through industry contacts, seminars, and research.
  • Control all documents and plates, whether in house or in transit.
  • Track missing documents and problems connected with your responsibilities; follow up to ensure completion and resolution.
  • Weekly meetings with manager to keep update on all title related concerns/outstanding issues.
  • Utilize CVR to complete title process
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, benefits eligible position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, during normal business hours.
