Job Summary
We are seeking a Title Processor to join our team! As a Title Processor, you will be working closely with the lender, ensuring the title is clear, and obtaining all necessary documentation and signatures for the settlement. You will also be processing the file, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, up until settlement. The ideal candidate can multitask, has excellent communication skills, and has a strong understanding of real estate transactions, escrow, and mortgages.ย 

Responsibilitiesย 
  • Communicate with lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure everyone is on the same page while maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Verify all documentation, obtain signatures as required, and keep files organized throughout the entire transaction
  • Monitor the status of the title and sale throughout the entire process, and communicate it appropriately with the clients
  • Troubleshoot issues with the title, lender, or purchaser as they arise as to not slow the closing process at all
  • Transmit all documentation to the lender as needed
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years in the title industry
  • Extremely detail oriented - the strength of our business is our attention to detail so this is critical to the position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior knowledge of titles, mortgages, escrow processes, and loansย
