Job Description
  • Review and update accounts both internally and externally with solid documentation, status updating, and other tracking mechanisms
  • Process incoming legal documents, correspondence, requests, etc.
  • Review and post payments received accordingly
  • Research and contact local records departments for the purposes of obtaining incident/accident reports
  • Research legal documents via public records indexes while ensuring budget efficiencyย 
  • Mail, fax and/or hand deliver documents needed in an effort to obtain payment on behalf of our client


Qualifications
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm
  • High School Diploma
  • Notary Public highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • 1 year experience in clerical/data entry/office setting is preferred
  • Computer savvy, 40 wpm minimum, 10-key by touch, Microsoft Office, internet and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including dealing with patients, clients, insurance companies, etc.
  • Strong phone etiquetteย 
  • Must be adaptable to fast paced environment, and always projecting professionalism and expertise
  • Dependable and self-starter
  • Must be prompt and presentableย
