Due to an employee relocation, New Castle Title is seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill an in-person Administrative Assistant position. Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players while possessing a positive "can-do" attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. The admin assistant will work closely with the Real Estate Closer in the Onalaska Office, to process and disburse files to include, including preparing various types of closing statements, sending out and scanning loan documents, payoffs, deeds, finalizing e-returns, 1099 maintenance, file tracking, and balancing. To be successful in this role, applicants will need to possess high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work under pressure, superior phone and customer service skills, along with advanced computer skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous title or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
