Job description

The Bus Coach LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Finance & Title Clerk to support both vehicle financing operations and dealership title administration.

This position is responsible for assisting customers with financing documentation, collecting lender-required financial information, assembling credit packages, and facilitating the funding process of commercial vehicle transactions. In addition, the position is responsible for processing temporary operating permits, temporary tags, title transfers, lien documentation, and vehicle registration paperwork associated with the purchase and sale of commercial vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an automotive, RV, truck, bus, equipment, or commercial vehicle dealership environment and possess strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and administrative aptitude.


Key Responsibilities

Finance Administration

Customer Credit Package Processing

·       Collect and review customer credit applications.

·       Assemble lender submission packages.

·       Request and organize supporting documentation from customers.

·       Track lender stipulations and approval conditions.

·       Maintain financing files and documentation.


Financial Information Collection

Obtain and organize customer documentation including:

·       Credit applications

·       Business bank statements

·       Fleet lists

·       Debt schedules

·       Business tax returns

·       Profit & Loss statements

·       Balance sheets

·       Corporate ownership documents

·       Personal Financial Statements (when requested)

Funding Coordination

Vehicle Title Processing

Temporary Permits & Registration

Administrative Support

·       Answer customer inquiries regarding financing and title status.

·       Assist with accounting and transaction file completion.

·       Scan and electronically file transactions.
