Jeff Wyler Corporate Office in Milford is hiring Title Clerks!

Title Clerk Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and issue titles and liens for automotive purchase and refinance transactions.
  • Process the trade vehicle transaction, resolve title issues, and communicate with lenders, store personnel and buyers regarding title issues and clearance.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions to recommend to management for resolution.
  • Work with various team members to accomplish monthly production goals.
  • Open and review incoming title mail, verify status of the vehicle and file title to appropriate place.
  • Search in Tekionย software to identify the stock# based on the VIN number to write on title.
  • Pull and match titles to the vehicle sold in preparation of titling.
  • Locate missing deals and /or titles based on title clerk request.
  • Place deals to be titled in proper location in our in-house tracking system.
  • Hand-write customer and lien information on title in preparation of title transfer of ownership.
  • Performs a variety of other clerical tasks in order to assist with the efficient operation of the title department.
