Max Bill Rate $33.10

Candidates will work on-site Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Overtime will be required at the end of the month. Interviews will be conducted via phone followed by a face-to-face meeting. Candidates must have accounts payable experience and must be able to complete trade and expenses, pay supplier invoices, balance end of the month, and perform weekly reconciliation. Candidates must be proficient in Excel. A home-grown application will be used and candidates will be trained once chosen.

Three to five years of experience performing routine accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger, preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports, and accounts payable or receivable functions is required. Candidates should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. They should rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, perform a variety of tasks, and may lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
