Three Rivers School is seeking two passionate, student-centered educators to join our team as Title I Tutors for the upcoming school year. These grant-funded positions are critical to providing targeted, small-group intervention to help students close achievement gaps and build academic confidence.
We are hiring for two distinct pathways based on qualifications and instructional focus. Please specify your position of interest in your cover letter.
Pathway 1: Title I Reading Tutor & Site Coordinator
This position combines direct student intervention with the leadership and compliance oversight of our school's Title I program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruction: Deliver evidence-based, data-driven reading interventions to individuals and small groups of eligible Title I students.
  • Coordination: Serve as the building-level Title I Coordinator. This includes managing student eligibility rosters, coordinating progress monitoring, organizing annual Title I parent involvement events, and ensuring compliance with federal and state grant guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with classroom teachers and administration to align intervention strategies with core classroom instruction.

Qualifications:
  • Required: Active New Hampshire State Teacher Certification (Elementary Education, Reading Teacher, or Reading Specialist endorsement strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage grant-related documentation.
  • Experience with reading assessments and running records.

Pathway 2: Title I Math Tutor
This position focuses heavily on building foundational math skills and mathematical fluency through targeted student support.
