Make an Impact at the Executive Level

We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing to join our executive leadership team and help drive the next phase of company growth. This role is ideal for a strategic marketing leader who thrives in both vision and execution, someone who can align brand, revenue, and customer experience to deliver measurable results.

The Vice President of Marketing plays a critical role in shaping long-term strategy, strengthening market presence, and accelerating growth through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives.
You will play a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving organizational growth through integrated marketing strategies. This role oversees brand positioning, revenue generation, customer acquisition, and market expansion. The VP ensures alignment across all customer-facing functions and plays a central role in shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction. 

Essential Functions
Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, support sales objectives, and drive sustainable growth
  • Lead all advertising, promotional, and communication initiatives across digital and traditional channels
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
  • Identify new market segments, product opportunities, and customer acquisition strategies
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all platforms
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices
Business Growth & Strategic Planning
  • Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to define long-term growth strategies and organizational priorities
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
  • Oversee development of proposals, presentations, and materials that support sales and growth efforts
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and strategic meetings
Operational & Financial Oversight
  • Forecast, develop, and manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance
  • Establish KPIs, reporting processes, and dashboards to measure marketing effectiveness and business impact
  • Ensure efficient departmental operations and optimal allocation of resources
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead high‑performing marketing and sales teams
  • Oversee daily departmental workflows and ensure accountability for results
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and support professional growth
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results‑driven culture
Executive Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on market conditions, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by executive leadership
What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or strategic planning
  • Prior experience in a similar or same service industry required
  • Demonstrated success leading revenue‑generating teams and developing growth strategies
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes
  • Expertise in marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and sales enablement
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Proven leadership capability with the ability to inspire cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern CRM and marketing platforms
    Preferred: Experience with Service Titan and HubSpot for marketing automation, sales enablement, reporting, and operational efficiency.

This position offers competitive compensation. Compensation varies based on skill and experience. This position is also eligible for competitive benefits and travel reimbursement. The annual salary for this position starts at $150,000 and is based on experience.
