About the Role:
Join Performance Tire and Service as a Tire Installer-Tire Tech in Memphis, TN, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready. This exciting position offers hands-on experience in the tire industry, working with a dedicated team committed to excellence in service. WE
ARE OPEN MONDAY-FRIDAY-8:00-5:00. NO WEEKENDS
Responsibilities:
  • Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles efficiently and safely.
  • Inspect tires for wear and damage, providing recommendations to customers.
  • Utilize tire-changing equipment and tools with precision and care.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management and stocking of tire products.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily service goals and deadlines.
  • Stay updated on tire technology and industry trends to enhance service quality.

Requirements:
