Job description

Job Title: Retail Tire Manager
Location: Hazleton, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Retail Tire Manager to lead the daily operations of our Hazleton, PA location. In this role, you'll combine strong leadership skills with deep automotive knowledge to manage technicians, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive overall business performance. You'll serve as the vital link between our service team and customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure sales and profit goals are met
  • Hire, train, coach, and supervise technicians and front counter staff
  • Manage work schedules to meet revenue and productivity goals
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Conduct monthly audits for inventory, vehicles, and facility compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Collaborate with regional and local leadership on strategies to grow the business
  • Track employee performance and develop improvement plans when needed
  • Enforce all company policies, procedures, and values

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service management or related field
  • At least 2 years hands-on vehicle repair experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational success
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain automotive services clearly
  • High school diploma or GED required; ASE certifications are a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible schedule
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years old
