Position Summary
Tire Agent is seeking a dependable and hardworking Tire Technician / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for mounting and balancing tires, as well as supporting warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Tire Agent is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on individual who can produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
General Responsibilities
  • Mount, dismount, and balance tires and wheels efficiently and accurately
  • Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and proper fitment
  • Operate tire mounting and balancing equipment safely and effectively
  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and preparing outbound shipments
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control processes
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment or customer pickup
  • Organize and maintain warehouse space to ensure efficiency and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Ideal Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in tire service, automotive work, or warehouse operations preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy items (40+ lbs) and stand for extended periods
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with tire equipment is a plus
  • Experience with handheld devices, tablets, and computer-based inventory systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-time, 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Pay: $17 per hour
  • Location: Hatfield, PA
