Job Summary
Timeshare Reservationist serve as customer service specialist to our Timeshare owners with regards to entitlements and confirming reservations. Reservationists also provide general information about accommodations to our 3 party guests.
Required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and general database applications

Preferred
  • Resort/hotel reservations experience and or call center customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job-Type: Full-Time
Typical Schedule
Days:
Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday
Hours:
9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
Compensation:
  • Pay: $15.00/Hour
