The HCM Techno/Functional Lead/Consultant will serve as the program leader and orchestrator for Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeepingโ€”guiding the initiative from early planning through go-live and long-term support. This is a full-time, 2+ year, project-tied role working onsite in Knoxville, TN.

Working at the center of a global cast of stakeholders, vendors, and ERP partners, youโ€™ll keep delivery on schedule, on budget, and aligned to strategic business goals, while helping shape the future of enterprise workforce operations.

COMPENSATION:ย Up to $170K based on candidateโ€™s experience

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO:

  • Lead the global implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, Payroll, and Timekeeping across operations
  • Establish and maintain program governance, including budget management, risk mitigation, and dependency tracking
  • Partner closely with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance, Operations, and IT teams across multiple regions
  • Oversee vendors and system integrators to ensure seamless alignment between Oracle HCM, Kronos/UKG, and ERP platforms
  • Manage cross-functional, global delivery teams and define sustainable postโ€“go-live support models
  • Drive consistency, scalability, and operational readiness across all markets

WHAT YOUโ€™LL BRING:

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience, including 3+ years leading Oracle HCM Cloud and Payroll implementations
  • Proven success delivering large-scale HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping programs in complex environments
  • Strong expertise in governance, vendor management, and global delivery models
  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred; hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and Kronos/UKG integrations highly valued
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a global perspective
