What You'll Be Doing
You'll take the lead on meaningful, complex civil engineering work across a wide range of land development projects, including:
  • Applying standard civil engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria
  • Performing and managing computations, reports, permit applications, and CAD drawings
  • Designing site plans, grading, utilities, erosion and sediment control systems
  • Stormwater management design and analysis (including SWPPP compliance)
  • Roadway, parking, and infrastructure design
  • Minor water and wastewater system design
  • Preparing proposals for professional services
  • Managing projects from concept through completion
  • Client engagement and relationship management
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff
  • Contributing to technical strategy and presenting at meetings and public forums
