Job description
In this role you will build and maintain strong client relationships, showcase properties, and guide buyers and sellers through every state of the real estate process. You will be responsible for conducting property tours, negotiating offers, and successfully closing transactions.
Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Valid Florida Real Estate License
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Expertise in real estate sales and real property transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in luxury residential real estate sales, preferably within a new development setting, is preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Showcasing properties and conducting engaging tours
- Negotiating offers and facilitating successful closings
- Maintaining current knowledge of market trends and available inventory
Independent Contractor Status
This position will be engaged through an Independent Contractor Agreement. The selected individual will not be considered an employee of the company. Compensation will be paid via Form 1099, and the contractor will be responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, licensing fees, and other business-related expenses.
Additional Requirements
