Our factory-direct facilities on both coasts offer slabs, prefabricated countertops, prefabricated vanity tops, tiles, mosaics, façade panels and cut-to-size items; our west coast facility is home to the country’s largest selection of prefabricated countertops and vanity tops.


Position: Sample Associate


Job Description: 
Best Cheer Stone, Inc. has an opening for a full-time Sample Associate in Anaheim, CA. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for assisting in a variety of sample duties. The role of a Samples Associate involves manual labor and high attention to detail as samples are one of the main takeaways of our valued customers.


Responsibilities: 
•    Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
•    Efficiently pull, pack, and stage sample orders
•    Assist with inventory management and control
•    Learn product specifications, including size, color, shape, material, and type
•    Efficiently cut, glue, and label sample boards and sample requests
•    Operate safely wet saws, air stapler, manual tile cutters and power drills
•    Attend all safety meetings and uphold all warehouse safety protocol and instruction
•    Assist with showroom remodeling projects and event logistics/setup as needed
•    Work cooperatively in a team environment
•    Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals, and directives


Requirements:

•    Professional demeanor; ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
•    Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
•    Excellent attendance at current or previous employment
•    Desire to work in a fast paced and positive environment
•    Proactive and open to cross training on equipment and functions
•    Excellent customer service skills.
•    Strong organizational skills; attention to detail and the ability to multi -task and meet deadlines
