We are seeking a highly skilled Tile Installer to join our growing residential construction team. The ideal candidate is an experienced craftsman with exceptional tile installation skills who is also capable of assisting with other areas of residential construction as project demands require.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to completing projects efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
  • Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, glass, and large-format tile on floors, walls, showers, backsplashes, patios, and other surfaces.
  • Prepare surfaces by leveling, waterproofing, and installing appropriate underlayments and membranes.
  • Measure, cut, and install tile with precision while maintaining proper layout, spacing, and alignment.
  • Perform grout installation, caulking, sealing, and final finishing.
  • Install shower systems, niches, curbs, and waterproofing systems according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Read blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Assist with additional construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional tile installation experience.
  • Extensive experience with residential remodeling and new construction.
  • Strong knowledge of tile layout, waterproofing systems, thinset applications, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to install large-format tile, natural stone, and custom shower systems.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Own professional tile tools required.
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Additional Skills Preferred:
While tile installation is your primary trade, experience in the following areas is highly valued:
  • Drywall installation and repair.
  • Painting and finishing.
  • Finish carpentry and trim work.
  • Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood).
  • Basic framing.
  • Masonry and concrete repairs.
  • Cabinet installation.
  • Door and window installation.
  • Minor plumbing and electrical work.
  • General punch-list and remodeling tasks.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive pay based on experience and craftsmanship.
  • Steady, year-round residential work.
  • Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.
  • Professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Diverse projects that allow you to utilize multiple construction skills.

Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for more than just a tile setter—we want a versatile construction professional who produces exceptional work, communicates well, and is willing to contribute wherever needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering outstanding results on every project.
If you have a passion for quality craftsmanship and enjoy working on a wide variety of residential construction projects, we'd like to hear from you.
To Apply:
Please submit your resume or a summary of your work experience, including examples of tile projects you've completed. Photos of previous work are encouraged. Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a practical skills assessment during the interview process.
