Based in Jacksonville? Move to Panama City where the work is endless
Floor Interior Services, a trusted Lowe's provider for 20+ years, expanded into Panama City last year-and the demand for carpet is exploding.
We aren't just another office team-our leadership started on their knees as installers. We know the trade, we respect the hustle, and we are committed to providing the steady workload and professional partnership you deserve.
While the work is plentiful, the local installer market is scarce. We are looking for two (2) Pro Carpet Crews or Pro Carpet Single Installers to relocate from Jacksonville (or surrounding areas) to dominate this market. We have more carpet work than we can handle, and we need two reliable partners to step in and take it over.
The Opportunity: High Demand & Relocation
  • The Market: Panama City is in desperate need of carpet pros. You won't just be busy; you'll be essential.
  • Relocation Package: We are offering a relocation bonus to help get you to the Panhandle (details finalized upon hire).
  • Limited Openings: We are only onboarding 2 crews to ensure those teams get the maximum volume of work available.

Why Partner With Us?
  • Competitive Weekly Pay: No waiting, no runaround. Get paid for your hard work every week.
  • Maximized Workloads: Because installers are scarce, your schedule will stay packed. We keep your schedule full year-round. Focus on installing, not searching for the next lead.
  • Free Material Disposal: Save your time and your trailer. Dump your waste at our facility for free.
  • Performance Bonuses: We reward the quality that keeps our 20-year reputation strong.
  • Installer-Led Leadership: Built by installers, for installers. We respect the trade and the hard work it takes to get the job done right.
  • Free Company Gear: Professional branded shirts provided for your entire team.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking professional Carpet Crews or Single Installers who take pride in their craft.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in carpet installation with stretch-in and glue-down.
  • Business Ready: An active business entity (SunBiz) and a Business Tax Receipt.
  • Compliance: General Liability, Commercial Auto, and Worker's Comp (or a valid exemption).
  • Setup: Reliable transportation and all necessary tools for carpet installation.
  • Certifications: LEAD LLRP & LEAD Firm certifications (or willingness to obtain them).
  • Background: Ability to pass a background check.
  • Professionalism: Clear communication and professionalism with customers (English required).

Why Choose Floor Interior Services?
We offer more than just jobs; we offer stability. We understand the challenges of the field because we've been there. If you are ready for a partnership where you are treated with respect and kept busy every day, we want to talk to you.
Ready to get to work? Apply today to join the Floor Interior Services family and start your next chapter in Panama City!
