Five Guys Roofing is looking for a great people with incredible work ethic to learn the roofing trade. Foreman and technicians will learn the 5 Guys Roofing ways by repairing and replacing all roof types. This position will be working with our Production TEAM to improve upon the highest quality of work and communication with our customers. You will be empowered to influence, inspire and impact the lives of our customers through service, and aligning your vision with both our core values and mission. This position requires excellence in customer service, a TEAM player and an overall joy for others.

Roof Technician / Foreman

A Roof Technician responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: providing world class service for our internal and external customers. Learn how to waterproof all types of roof types.

Responsibilities:

The Roof Technicians reports to the Service Managers or Production Managers and is responsible to:

  • Perform all roofing tasks per Manufacturers Installation Guidelines or the Certified Five Guys Roofing Installation supervisor.
  • Provide Service Excellence everyday - in every interaction.
  • Procedures as read from the Five Guys Roofing Handbook
  • Provide customer service excellence
  • Be an influential, inspirational and impactful leader
  • Buy in to the company culture, attitude, behaviors and expectations
  • Upon completion of each day's work, make sure job site is fully cleaned and that all work meets workmanship standards.

Experience:

2 years Roofing Experience


Other Requirements:

Must be able to speak English. Spanish speaking comes highly recommended.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide acceptable documentation of identity and employment eligibility. 

Must have a valid Arizona driver's license.

Must be able to pass a State and Federal background check.
