Job Summary:
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
Requirements: 
  • Requires clear communication skills, initiative, good judgment, and a calm demeanor.
  • Safety is our priority. Must be familiar with all company safety standards and policies, safe practices, and guidelines that pertain to the roofing industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry.
  • Broad knowledge of all roof products and installation (single ply, tile, shingle, and TPO).
  • Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders. 
  • Knowledge and experience using handheld and power tools are important.
  • Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
  • Must be reliable and show up to work on time.
  • Professional appearance while representing the company.
