THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Tile/Carpet engineer to repair and replace broken tile maintain all the marble, Carpet, Vinyl flooring throughout the property.
THE STARTING RATE:
$38.12 Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Install, repair, and replace broken tile and marble, walls and floors in all areas of the hotel
  • Repair and refinish vanity tops and re-grout marble
  • Install and repair all types of Carpet and padding, vinyl and wood flooring
  • Repair and refinish all concrete walls
  • Ensure that all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times
  • Keep informed and updated on current techniques and technical methods
  • Maintain constant awareness of safety and accident prevention

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience or successful completion of the Jr. Engineer Program Required
  • 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Preferred
