As the Industrial Electrician III, you will work directly with our talented Maintenance team to ensure the optimal functionality of our industrial electrical equipment through proactive maintenance and timely repairs. The Industrial Electrician III will be an experienced industrial electrical technician with the ability to also diagnose and repair mechanical parts including conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, presses, kilns, automated systems, mobile equipment, and pumps. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is located onsite in Spokane, WA. About You ...
  • Proven expertise in PLC troubleshooting, programming, and diagnosis (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron) to analyze ladder logic, debug drive faults, and resolve automated system errors.
  • Hands-on experience configuring, tuning, and maintaining heat control systems (PID temperature controllers, SCR power controllers, thermocouples, RTDs, and heating element loops).
  • Extensive experience installing, calibrating, and troubleshooting electrical actuators (rotary/linear actuators, modulating control valves, motorized dampers, and position feedback loops using 4-20mA or 0-10V signals).
  • Proficiency with process control instrumentation and signal calibration (4-20mA current loops, VFD feedback, digital positioners, and Fieldbus/EtherNet communication protocols).
  • Proven experience in industrial electrical equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software).
