  • A demonstrated passion for home repair projects
  • A track record of high performance and achievement
  • Well-rounded experience in residential construction. To include a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following trades:
    • Demolition
    • Trim and rough carpentry
    • Cabinet installation
    • Drywall installation, finishing and repair
    • Painting
    • Tile installation and repair
    • Light plumbing (faucet/fixture replacement, appliance installation)
