Tiger is partnered with a High Net Worth Family in Austin, Texas, that is looking for a Personal Assistant / Household Manager to support their busy life. The principal runs a complex investment business, and his spouse has a small business of her own. The family is looking for someone seasoned with events, negotiating, travel, and calendar management. Candidates must be accustomed to working for UHNWF’s.


Core Requirements:

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of the family’s home
  • Create and maintain the upkeep calendars
  • Spot issues in the home and attend to them
  • Research purchases, vacations, travel, and accommodations
  • Make reservations for various services
  • Hiring, training, and supervising household staff
  • Vendor management and negotiating the best rate possible
  • Errands and other projects
  • Research and shopping for gifts for family/friends and other items
  • Accurately capture notes and action items from meetings, ensuring the sensitive nature of this information is protected
  • Restocking products in various areas of the



Requirements:

  • Tech savvy - AI, project management tools, Google Sheets, Slack, etc.
  • Must be local in Austin, TX
  • Responsive inside and outside of working hours
  • Must have at least five years’ experience as a personal assistant.
