Office Coordinator / Receptionist – Investment Management Firm

Miami, FL

Full Time, Permanent

$90k – 120k p.a.


Tiger Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious investment management firm in Miami hiring a highly professional and organized Office Coordinator / Receptionist. This is an excellent early-career opportunity for a proactive candidate looking to build a career in business support within the finance industry.


The ideal candidate will have prior client-facing and administrative experience within a finance, investment management, family office, or similar professional environment.


The Office Coordinator will support the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of a c.30-person office, helping to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficiently run workplace.



WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage the reception area and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer and direct calls, emails, and general enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and office schedules.
  • Support the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the office (25-30 people).
  • Liaise with building management, suppliers, couriers, and service providers.
  • Manage office supplies, deliveries, and general facilities requirements.
  • Assist with meeting and client hospitality as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider team when needed.
  • Maintain a polished, professional, and well-organised office environment.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
