Minimum Security Clearance Required · Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility Travel · Up to 10% Qualifications & Experience: · Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). · 1+ years of experience in a NOC or IT support role (preferred). · Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace). · Strong communication skills and experience using ticketing systems.
