CLIMBER / ARBORIST
Role Purpose
The Climber / Arborist performs technical aerial tree work, including pruning and removals, while ensuring safety, precision, and quality workmanship.  Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.  If you do not have the required experience, please do not apply.
Core Responsibilities
  • Perform tree climbing and aerial operations
  • Use chainsaws aloft safely and efficiently
  • Execute rigging and controlled lowering techniques
  • Conduct pre-job tree and hazard assessments
  • Maintain rescue readiness at all times
  • Follow ANSI Z133 and company safety standards
Safety Expectations
  • Maintain two tie-in points where required
  • Follow saw handling and positioning rules
  • Participate in aerial rescue drills and planning
  • Maintain climbing gear inspection standards
