Fully remote but MUST be located in Massachusetts - the hours are M-F 4pm-10pm
A fast-paced commercial services company is seeking a temporary Data Entry Specialist to help streamline email inquiry processes. This role ensures all client emails are properly logged, tracked, and escalated to the appropriate team. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor a shared company email inbox for client inquiries
  • Log tickets accurately into the internal system
  • Notify the on-duty supervisor when tickets are logged
  • Ensure all inquiries are tracked and addressed promptly
