Job description

Position Overview: Box Office Ticket Sellers are responsible for providing customer service to all EagleBank Arena (EBA) guests. This position will provide event knowledge, process ticket transactions, and provide general building information for the 2026-27 Event Season.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer questions pertaining to ticketing for upcoming events.
  • Use Ticketmaster software system to sell tickets, process payment, and deliver mobile tickets.
  • Provide technical support with mobile ticketing, walking customers through how to access their tickets.
  • Answer general questions about the venue including entrances, concession options, restrooms, and parking.
  • Assist customers in need of accessible seating, explaining their seating options and how to navigate through the venue.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service, cash handling, and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Bilingual and multi-lingual applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills and the ability to work as a team member.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekend, and holidays as needed.

Pay Rate: $15.00 USD/hour.
